BracketStory exists because most stores and web apps get built twice — once fast and wrong, then again properly, at twice the cost. We'd rather do it right the first time. That means fewer clients, deeper focus, and no work handed off to someone we've never met.

We don't think of software as code that happens to have a UI bolted on. Every screen, every interaction, every architectural decision behind the scenes — that's the story your users actually experience. Not the tagline on your landing page. The product itself.

Why we exist
Shopify covers most stores well, until a brand runs both wholesale and retail, or needs something a theme simply can't do. That's the gap we work in — the space between "just use an app" and "build it from scratch." We pick whichever is actually right, not whichever is easier to sell.

Every engagement starts with a free discovery call, not a proposal PDF. We scope in writing, quote before we build, and keep you in the same channel we use internally — no status decks, no black box.
Agile Delivery
We manage projects using Agile methodologies. Every feature, bug, and request is ticketed, tracked, and prioritized transparently so you always know what's in progress.
Version Control & Backups
All code is strictly version-controlled using Git (via GitHub or GitLab). This ensures rigorous peer review, full traceability, and reliable rollback backups.
Secure Vaults
Security is non-negotiable. Sensitive user info, API keys, and environment credentials are handled exclusively through secure, encrypted vaults—never hardcoded.
Rigorous QA Testing
Nothing ships unverified. Every milestone concludes with a dedicated Quality Assurance phase to catch edge cases, UI bugs, and performance bottlenecks prior to delivery.
